Ever wondered how an RNPC looks in like Strata Devil armor?  Well I did.  Needless to say, Grandis was the first that came to my mind.

Also as mentioned before, the roses that turned into Rose the Heart and Rose the Spirit were originally intended to be used to clone Grandis.  If the experiment had been successful...?

Decided to visit the Grandis NPC standing outside Lucifer Castle's basement this fine morning only to find out that the NPC is smaller than the recruit-able version.

Early GE characters usually have their NPCs bigger and taller than them.  As for the newer additions (iirc version 2.4 and up), they are around the same height.  Apparently, this is not the case for Grandis!

Playing with Anarchea¨ (Grandis) then led me on to bring out the young and old Queen of Pioneering.  If you wondered what her eye is like beneath that eye patch, here are your answers:

At this point her left eye is normal but she wears an eye patch to cover it.  Probably might have been weakened from all the battle?   But for obvious reasons it's just because her model is re-used from Grandis.  Anyway still pretty, still in good shape.

Now, examining her left eye when she's old...

It appears she genuinely lost her left eye.  It looks like it had gone blind.  However I have no idea why there are green streaks in that area...  and oddly, her right eye colour changed from blue to brown.


Whatever it is, now kiss cause' they cute.

I'm almost done in collecting all of Grandis' costumes (3/4).  One more to go!

I must say this is the first time I've gotten an elite stance early on its release (18/08/2013) into the game's content and I am quite amused myself.  I never thought that I would get it.  My Punisher was gotten 1 and a half years after its release (24/01/2012) and my Soul Bringer was gotten 2 months after its release (27/09/2012, but yeah well I got it on the first PPL release).

I don't know what actually spurred me to get Heavy Stinger and his IBR-620 - I did not have any pre-existing interest in Kess or whatsoever since the induction of the Brestia plot.  He had never appealed to me...much.  All that he projected to me was as a handsome blonde haired male character whose sole role was to achieve Brestia's independence.

Totally not interesting.    

However, when I started doing the Brestia scenario-2 and 3 quests and when more and more of his character revealed as the story unfolded, he somehow started to grow on me /blush.  It was then I started picturing him together with the massive anti-tank rifle and having seen skill animation videos of Heavy Stinger overwhelming mobs, I imagined it to be a true manifestation of power.  After recruiting him, I took a second look at the model.  Although incredibly unrealistic, Kess with his colossal rifle fits just so perfectly.  This combination outwardly makes him one of the sexiest creatures in GE~  

I didn't read up on the skill descriptions or asked for opinions on his stance.  I didn't care if it will turn out to be a bad PVP stance and if my money will be wasted.  I was dead set on getting it.  So yeah, I got it heheh.  I managed to win the IBR-620 recipe after spamming 200 Lyndon Boxes :\ and purchased the stance book from a faction mate.

Till now, I'm still beaming over my almost-completed Kess and the elation hasn't waned a single bit yet.  All that's left now is to upgrade his rifle and that can be done later.  To me, it is very enjoyable to use Kess even if all that can be done right now is to AFK with him.

No regrets.

Speaking about... only being able to AFK.  Yes that's what it is for me now and it is why I've stopped playing World Cross PVP (last played 14/07/2013).  I'll be back!  But not soon.  

I'm not even sure if I will still have the ability to play it as well as before when I come back.

Hi~ Good afternoonnnnn~

I finally have three Grandises!  I'm so complete.  They are Anarchea¨, Astraea¨ and Achrel¨.  I managed to get the other two from the mini Bahia games shop.

Mini accomplishments

There aren't many significant accomplishments that I have achieved in Granado Espada this year.  In fact, there are only two.

The first would be:

Made it to that score a few weeks ago but unfortunately, I never managed to exceed that score in my subsequent plays. 

The second accomplishment is that I managed to solo the all of the bosses before the Queen of Valkyries in the Castilla Tower of Chaos with non-racial weapons; using Soul Bringer and Royal Guard.  I'm not really a raider so I count this as a big achievement.  

As for World Cross PVP... the pace hasn't changed much since the last amendment (nerf of Split Shooter, Enchanted Arm and some skills of Soul Bringer).  I breezed through most of my matches and as usual, will occasionally face some auto-dcs and losses.

Now I'm just checking KGE's Granado Espada homepage every two days in hopes of being able to see the game version of Grandis' new attire.

I love the way Grandis' eyes are so one day I tried drawing it.  

I drew her eye using Samsung Galaxy Note 2's S Note application and here it is.

I used the pencil tool and played around with the colour palette to colour her eye.  However, the colours on the palette are limited and it is unable to produce certain shades.  Hence, this makes it difficult to obtain the colours for the skin shades.  What can be done is to manually mix the colours by overlapping one colour over another.  Then, use the colour picker to pick the mixed colour.

This.  Is what I call, Sexy, which is unlike the extensively overused female costume/armor concept designs that barely clothe the character, revealing a lot of skin and covering only the breasts and crotch.

Apparently, this June's Update (in kGE) will be the final update on the story of Orpesia.

WHICH MAKES ME THINK.  That the blonde lady in red in the Granado Espada poster was actually intended to be Kess.

Blonde curly hair, fair skinned, red outfit...

But then again, the background doesn't depict the scene in Brestia, and instead, has a closer resemblance to the Holy City of Amoria.  So maybe... just maybe, she might make her debut in that patch.

World Cross PVP Battle Arenas (Singles)

The Triple X Triple room is my favourite PVP room!  It allows for quick initiation and the duel area is not too narrow or wide, just right for PVP.  The flat and simple terrain enhances the maneuverability of characters, allows for a multidirectional input of skills and there aren't many obstacles that might obstruct some skills.  Also, the colour tone of this room is easy on the eyes.  I feel pretty comfortable fighting in this arena.

As compared to the other arenas...

Round Stadium - The area is too big for me and as the tiles are white I find it pretty glaring.
Treasure Room - Its space is bit too wide.
Gehenna Bridge - Too long and slightly narrow.  Also characters can fall off the bridge -_-
Altair Colosseum - Too narrow... one way road.
Altair of Duskfall - Fighting space is too small and squeezy.
Laboratory - The dull colours and poor lighting make me gloomy.
Silent Maze Sanctuary - Running for the Olympics.

Lagged the whole evening today.  I regret going to WXPVP, only to meet Apocalypse, without being able to buff and move, I was tortured.
